- Anthropic/Claude: AI chat functionality
- Google/Gemini: AI chat functionality
- Supabase: Database hosting
- N8N: Workflow automation
These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.

Chat messages are retained for 90 days. Voting data is retained indefinitely (anonymized).

5.2 Data Deletion
You can request account deletion, which will remove:
- Your account and profile information
- Chat message history
- Personal identification from votes (votes remain as anonymous data)
5.3 Communication Preferences

- Marketing emails (unsubscribe link in emails)
- Non-essential notifications
Note: You cannot opt out of essential service communications (billing, security alerts).
5.4 Cookie Management
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may limit Service functionality.
6. Data Security
We implement security measures including:
- Encryption of data in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
- Encrypted password storage (bcrypt hashing)
- Secure database access controls

9. AI and Chat Data
Regarding AI chat functionality:
- Your chat messages are sent to Anthropic's Claude API and/or Google's Gemini API for processing
- Anthropic's and Google's privacy policies also apply to AI interactions
- Chat history is stored for 90 days to maintain conversation context
- We may use aggregated, anonymized chat data to improve the Service
- Chat content is never shared publicly or used for advertising

- Right to know if personal information is sold or disclosed
